At SurakshaLife, we aim to provide fair and transparent services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable.
Appointment & Consultation Fees
- Fees paid for completed consultations (online or in-clinic) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable once medical advice or consultation has been provided.
Cancellations by Patient
- If you cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may request:
- A reschedule, or
- A partial refund (after administrative charges, if applicable)
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Doctor
If an appointment is canceled by the doctor or clinic:
- You will receive a full refund, or
- You may choose to reschedule at no extra cost.
Seminar & Event Fees
- If any paid seminar or event is canceled by SurakshaLife, a full refund will be issued.
- If you fail to attend a paid event without prior notice, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
